I send Paypal invoices for payments once the project is ready to be started. Please do not send money to my contact email.

The use of my art for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

If I’m unable to fulfill your request, I reserve the right to refuse it.

I may publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or other publication media unless requested otherwise.

Payments are via Paypal only. Prices are in USD. Invoices must be paid within 2 days, or the project may be canceled.

Partial payment is available for commissions that exceed $100USD.

Refunds can only be fulfilled if commission has not been started.

Chargebacks will result in blacklisting.

Turnaround time depends on commission type, complexity, and workload. Any potential delays will be communicated by me.

Invoice will be sent to the Client once the project is ready to be started.

Once started, a commissioned piece may take two weeks up to a month to complete. The Client can ask for the status of their commission at any time. Regular updates will be given.

Rush deadlines will incur a +50% upcharge on the final price.

Major edits (composition edits, redraws) are available up to 3 times at sketch phase. Minor edits (palette adjustments, expression, hairstyle adjustment, etc) will not be charged during sketch phase. One free minor final revision will be available.

Complex edits after sketch phase has been approved will incur a fee of $30 per revision.

The completed commission will be sent as HQ, unwatermarked .PNG via Drive/Discord/Email.

Once work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

Complete the form after reading through the terms of service.

Filling out the form signifies you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.

You will be contacted via preferred contact method and given an estimate on delivery date if no deadline is given.

Once order has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to provided Paypal email. Full payment must be upfront unless partial payment was agreed upon for me to start the commission.
